Month in Lesotho: Building Solutions

For one month, three members of our team had the opportunity to travel to Lesotho to deploy iCollect, our payments and collections solution designed to help banking corporate clients optimize collection and reconciliation processes.

The Lesotho team comprised Richard Frimpong, Nathaniel Anum, and Albert Asare-Appiah.

Beyond the deployment itself, the experience was about much more than technology. Our team had the opportunity to work closely with local stakeholders, understand the environment in which the solution would operate, and experience the culture and beauty of Lesotho.

From long days focused on deployment and collaboration to exploring new places and learning from a different culture, the month was a valuable reminder that successful technology is ultimately about people, partnership, and understanding the communities we serve.
